viewing emails on multiple computers

I have a laptop and a desktop pc at home both with
Outlook 2003, and at work I'd like to be able to view my
email using the mail.???.com website, but I can only view
mail I receive first on the desktop on the desktop and
when I do send and receive on the laptop I can always see
those on the laptop's Outlook 2003. How can I configure
Outlook to be able to share Emails over my LAN and also
keep them so I can view them on the internet from any
computer.
