What files should be saved when upgrading from Office XP to 2003?

I am using Office XP at home, and recently changed to Office 2003 at work. I
would like to upgrade to 2003 at home so I can become more familiar with it
and save time at work. I haved used "Save my settings" already. Are there any
other files that need to be saved?
