When inserting an Adobe object in Publisher, why is it blurry?

I have an Adobe file that appears very sharp in Adobe Acrobat. When I insert
it as an object into my Publisher file, it becomes blurry. How can I insert
it with the same quality, same resolution as the original Adobe file?
