Word 2000 net connection prompt

Can someone help?

Everytime I start Word I get a net connection prompt ( 4 time before I
can open Word). I am running Windows ME. Is there an option I am
missing, or some other tool that is being used so this prompt appears?
It's now getting on my tits..:)
