Assigning Resources Dialog Box

Hi,

I have a small problem in Assigning Resources Dialog Box below:

Task A is assigned to user A from Monday to Wednesday.
Task B needs to be done from Monday to Thursday.

Using Assigning Resources Dialog Box, I see User A is a resourc
available
for Task B since he finishes Task A on Wednesday. However, he's only
available for 25% of Task B on Thursday as opposed to being 100
available. Therefore, I'd like to assign another resource to Task B an
make sure that I only get Resources Available in the Dialog Box "only i
they're 100% available to do a task". Do I need a custom filter o
formula?

I've tried using the checkbox in the Assign Resources Dialog Box as
"Available To" 8 hours..However, that doesn't really work the way
want.
Could you please help me out?
