Background formatting

My objective is to provide an enterprise view where the background format is
yellow for all tasks which are < 100% cmplt and where Finish is prior to
today's date. I would like the view to be dynamic so that the date criteria
is not a fixed date but will automatically update to the current day’s date
whenever the plan is opened. I’m using Project Server 2007.

Hi,

From what you write I suppose you can create a formula in a custom field.
Create a yes/No formula in a flag field (say Flag1)
Then create a filter (say F1Filt) with flag1 equals Yes as the condition
Now creata view by copying theview you have in mind, and edit it to open
with that filter and teh checkbox "Highlight filter" ON
Finally, in Format, Text Styles, set teh background for "highlighted tasks"
to yellow.
