I am using Outlook 2003 on a Win XP system.
Some time along the way I have two empty folders that I cannot get rid of.
The All Mail Folders looks like this
+folder-icon MailBox ( Exchange)
+folder-icon [blank]
+folder-icon [blank]
+folder-icon Archive Folders
If I click on the blank folder I get the Office Outlook error window that
says
"The set of folders could not be opened."
I have looked hi and low for a .pst file. I have looked in all the
properties and the Data File Management area.
I see nothing to remove.
Can someone help me in removing these blank folders.
Thanks
Robert
