Enterprise resources don't appear in PWA

Hi,

I imported a project (along with assigned resources). All imported resources
show up in Enterprise Resource Pool when I look at it form Project Pro 2002.
These resoources also have user accounts created (Windows Auth) and are
listed under "Admin->Users and Groups". But when I go to the Resources Tab
in PWA, I don't see these resources. All resources have correct org codes
and RBS set. If I open up my project in PWA, it shows the correct task
assignments and when these resources use PWA they can see the tasks assigned
to them.

A related problem is appearing in the "Issues Tracking". When I create a new
issue and try to assign it to a resource, I don't see all of my resource in
the drop down list - I see some of them.

Any ideas?

Hi there -

I'm afraid I cannot speak to the resource error, as I
encountered a similar error on a site we scraped and was
unable to resolve it....but I can help you with the Issues
Assignment problem. Make sure all of the users
(specifically the ones you are missing) are synched to
your SharePoint Team Services site. If they are missing
on the STS site, they will be unavailable within the
Issues page. That's how we resolved the problem.
