late start late finish dates

[MDI Tammy]

My schedule includes late start and finish dates however, on some of the late
start/finish dates they are way off base.

Example: start finish late start late finish
3/28/04 4/4/04 9/1/04 9/9/04

other dates are okay just some are way off. How can I fix this problem? I
am still building my schedule.

Hi MDI Tammy,

I suggest checking the tasks to see if they constraints. (View the
Constraint Dates table.) Also check and make sure the tasks have successors.

That means that these tasks have something like 6 months total slack !
Did you create all the logical dependencies (predecessors and successors) ?

This is not a problem, to the contrary, it gives you enormous freedom to
decide when to do this.
Or... did tou forgrt some links?
