Outlook XP NOT printing header

Nick D.

I have a user who has managed to get outlook xp to not
print the header information, that is, To: cc: etc.
Unfortunately, he has no idea how this happened and I can
find no relevant information on the knowledge base or
newgroups. Any one have any idea how to fix this?

I've got the same, but this particular user likes to
print the email before she sends it -if you do that you
don't get the header. If you print it later from sent
items then you do. I can't find any setting to turn
headers on or off, but she swears it always use to print
the headers before I did the last upgrade (which was to
office sp3)

Actually, my user had issues printing html messages.
Still have not figured out why html e-mails do not print
header, but copying the messages to word and printing them
has worked for him.

It's a limitation with using Word as the email editor.
