I'm working in Project 2003 and when I run a Who Does What report in one
subproject for one resource, it pulls data from all subprojects connected to
the master. The problem is, when this other data appears, it shows the
resource as always having 100% units. That doesn't make sense. For
instance, the resource I ran the report for is working 7 hours over a month.
That would not equal 100% of their units. Can anyone tell me why the correct
percentage is not showing up?

Hello KatiefromAurora,

The Peak Units field displays the maxi of units used during any period if
time. So if the resource works only 1 day full time on a 4 week task, the
Peak Unit field will display 1 or 100%.
Instead of the Peak Units, print the Resource Usage view with the Percent
Allocation field.
Hope this helps,

Hi Katie,

I don't have Project available to test, but if you open the subproject file
and do not open the pool file, you should see just assignments from the
subproject file. As to the assignment units, is it possible the resource's
work has been edited so the 7 hours occurs on one day in the month long task?

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
