Anyone ever hear of a "16 Bit" version of Access?

I have a client who swears this will answer all my problems, but I cannot
find anything on it and so need to confirm before I reply to him.

The last 16-bit version of Access was Access 2. It will solve your problem -
if your problem is that you want to run Access on Windows 3.x !:)

ACCESS 2.0 ???

I highly doubt that it is the answer to an ACCESS problem.... that is a very
old version of ACCESS.

I've still got the 16-bit program Access 2.0 installed (first
distributed over a decade ago). It was a nice database for its day,
but unless your problem has to do with attempting to run Access on a
Windows for Workgroups 3.11 operating system, I doubt that it will
solve your problems!

Sounds like your client would also perhaps be interested in replacing
a new Ford Expedition van with a 1966 Econoline... also a good van for
its day!
